Cookie Policy
Version 1.0, effective from 1 October 2026
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Komrce uses very few: a handful the site can't work without and, only if you accept, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Google Ads, Meta).

1. Strictly necessary cookies
These don't need your consent, because the site can't work without them.

2. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people reach the site and which pages they use. These cookies are set only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you refuse, Google Tag Manager runs in cookieless mode and stores nothing in your browser.
In the app (after you log in), Google Analytics statistics are linked to your account by an internal code, never by your email, so we can see how the same person plays on a phone and on a laptop.

3. Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
We use Google Ads and the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) to learn which ads bring people who sign up or book a seat, and to show our ads to people who have already visited the site. These cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner (the "Accept" button or the "Marketing" switch in the settings). If you refuse, the Meta pixel does not load at all, and Google Ads receives only cookieless signals that cannot recognise you.

For collecting this data through the pixel, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and we are joint controllers; what Meta does with it afterwards is described in Meta's policy. Google and Meta may transfer the data to the US; see section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
4. Our own cookieless statistics
Separately from Google Analytics, we count visits to public pages without cookies and without identifying you. Once you log in, we link key actions in the app to your account (for example "started the demo") to see where participants get stuck. None of this stores anything in your browser.
5. Payment
When you pay, you are taken to Stripe's payment page (checkout.stripe.com). Stripe uses its own cookies there, for security and fraud prevention, under Stripe's policy.
6. Changing your choice
- Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, which reopens the banner.
- Use your browser settings, where you can delete or block any cookie. If you block the
sessioncookie, you won't be able to log in.
7. Changes
If we add new cookies, we will update this page and, where needed, ask for your consent again.
